High-security automated document storage system installation

Installing more than 24,000 grid cells, conveyor systems and 140 robots across three linked chambers under strict document-security controls.

USA

Building a large automated storage system under strict security controls

The installation was designed to store around two billion pages of paper documents, including restricted material. The work therefore took place under stringent security controls while the automated storage infrastructure was assembled.

Three connected chambers combined grid, conveyor, robot and fire-door installation

The warehouse automation installation included more than 24,000 grid cells plus mechanical and electrical sections of the conveyor system.
