Industrial Solutions covers logistics and warehousing, machinery installation, machine and factory relocation, maintenance and support, precision services, and decommissioning and dismantling. Each can be engaged on its own or combined within a larger manufacturing or capital programme.

How do Industrial Solutions work together on a project?

On a larger project, installation, logistics, precision measurement and relocation work can run in parallel. Beck & Pollitzer sequences them under one delivery structure, so OEMs, contractors and site operations deal with a single point of coordination.

What is the Single Installer Model?

Under the Single Installer Model, one Beck & Pollitzer team plans and carries out the mechanical, electrical, piping and steelwork scopes of an installation, so the client has a single point of contact across all four.

How does Beck & Pollitzer reduce delivery risk on complex projects?

Multiple trades, OEM teams and equipment movements often work in the same area at once. Our project managers coordinate lifting, access and delivery sequences, while our site safety approach governs how the work is planned, permitted and supervised.

Can you support equipment that is already in operation?

Yes. Maintenance & Support covers preventive maintenance, specialist modifications and technical support for equipment already in service. The work can be scheduled into planned shutdown windows.

What information do you need to scope a project?

The most useful starting points are the equipment list and layouts, OEM documentation, site access and constraints, and the target schedule. These allow us to plan access routes, logistics and the installation sequence before mobilisation.
