Heavy machinery installation, pipework and fabrication across multiple levels, including an air handling unit on the third floor and a 110-tonne platform.

Production line installation for a food manufacturer in India

India

Moving heavy equipment between floors while fabricating a 110-tonne platform and silo

The project combined heavy machinery handling with fabrication and utility work. A principal challenge was shifting the air handling unit to the third floor of the building while the team also installed and fabricated a silo and a 110-tonne SS304 platform.

More than 90 personnel supported machinery moving, fabrication and pipework

The production line installation included unloading, shifting and installing machinery, together with fabrication and installation of SS304 interconnecting pipework, SS304 and mild-steel platform structures, insulation and polycarbonate sheeting.
