Installing beside active production without contaminating or disrupting adjacent lines

Our Hungarian team was contracted to complete the mechanical and electrical installation of a new canning line for a beverage client within a live production environment. Working next to an active production area meant the installation had to avoid any contamination of existing production lines, while conveyors and electrical cabinets were installed onto steel-structure platforms without disrupting operations.

Seventy-nine operatives coordinated machinery installation and extensive electrical works

The team completed the mechanical and electrical installation of the canning-line equipment, beginning with offloading, internal movement and precise alignment. The scope continued through assembly and connection of the line, installation and cabling of main power distribution boards, and work on conveyors and electrical cabinets mounted to the steel structures. Across the programme, 79 operatives installed approximately 60 tons of power and control cable and around 15 tons of cable routes.

Careful coordination with the client, focused logistics and heightened safety measures protected both personnel and production integrity.

Canning-line installation completed after eight months of live-site work

The installation was completed successfully after eight months, with the mechanical equipment, conveyors, distribution boards, cable routes and cabling installed within the live production environment.
