Unloading, positioning and levelling a spray packaging production line within a roof clearance of only 40 cm.

Positioning production equipment beneath a roof structure with only 40 cm clearance
The packaging manufacturer required a spray packaging production line to be unloaded, moved to its installation area, positioned and levelled. The main physical constraint was the space below the roof structure, where only 40 cm of free clearance was available.
VersaLift, 7-tonne forklift and MEWP used for handling and positioning
The team managed the installation sequence from destination unloading and unpacking through to positioning, levelling and handover. A VersaLift 40/60, Hyster 7-tonne forklift and MEWP supported movement and access within the restricted area.
Health and safety planning formed part of the installation before the equipment was moved into position.
