Dismantling production lines in Hungary and shipping 450 tons of equipment to Colombia, Sweden and India.

Splitting a Hungarian production facility across three international destinations
A global welding consumables manufacturer was consolidating its European operations and relocating production lines from its Hungarian facility to Colombia, Sweden and India. The programme covered disassembly and packing in Hungary, shipping to three countries and the clearance of the factory once the production lines had been removed.
Disassembly, a 27-container export programme and final site clearance
The team dismantled the mechanical, electrical and piping systems of the production lines and packed the components for transport. Beck & Pollitzer then coordinated the shipping of 27 containers carrying 450 tons of equipment, including customs clearance and coordination with international shipping partners, under a single project management structure.
Once the production lines had been removed, the team handled the dismantling and disposal of the remaining equipment in compliance with environmental regulations, clearing the facility for handover.
