Moving 75 tonnes of production equipment while work ran at both locations
The manufacturer required 12 injection moulding machines and three CNC machines to be transferred from its existing production facility to a new plant three kilometres away. The relocation also included mechanical dismantling, positioning and levelling.
Work was organised for 11 hours per day at both sites simultaneously, creating a tight sequence between dismantling, transport and installation activities.

Beck & Pollitzer Czech acted as the main contractor for the factory relocation, using tackle boxes and a VersaLift 25/35 forklift to handle the equipment.

The relocation was completed successfully. The completed relocation led to a further press-relocation project for the same client in 2023.
