Dismantling, relocating and reinstalling 31 machines across four halls despite delays in hall readiness.

Relocating 31 machines across four halls despite delayed hall readiness
The programme covered dismantling and relocating 31 machines across four industrial halls totalling more than 2,000 m², while keeping disruption to the existing infrastructure to a minimum. Unforeseen obstacles, including delayed hall readiness, added complexity to the automotive relocation programme.
Relocation combined with new infrastructure, electrical, piping and lining works
Across 3,237 project hours, the team dismantled and relocated the 31 machines and reinstalled them. New infrastructure was constructed in an unused area of the site, meeting safety standards for machine installation, and the team handled the electrical, piping and lining requirements for the relocated machines.
