Relocating, integrating and reinstalling robots, fixtures, cabinets and associated equipment across 2,100 project hours in France.

Relocating and integrating a mixed package of robotic underbody-line equipment
The mild-hybrid underbody-line project required equipment to be electrically and mechanically dismantled before relocation, integration and reinstallation.
The scope covered fences, sealer pumps, welding and controller cabinets, cable trays, robot pedestals, robots, track motions, grippers, guns, fixtures, turntables and hammer stations.
Reinstallation supported by floor fixing, labelling, hose reconnection and formal lifting controls
A 13-person team delivered 2,100 project hours across the project. Reinstallation included drilling and fixing floor plates, labelling and removal and reconnection of hoses.
Project management, site supervision and Quality, Health and Safety supervision were part of the team structure. Quality checks, lifting plans, detailed method statements and risk assessments supported the work.
