Moving two fuel injection pump production lines from Munich to České Budějovice using 30 trucks over 11 weeks.

Match-marking two production lines for accurate reassembly
Two fuel injection pump production lines had to be moved from a facility in Munich, Germany, to a production site in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. The main challenge was the precise match-marking of both mechanical and electrical components, which was crucial for the reassembly and functionality of the lines at their new location.
Dismantling, packaging and a 30-truck transport programme
The scope covered the complete dismantling, packaging and transportation of both production lines, followed by their reinstallation at the new location. Thirty trucks were used for the transport, each loaded and offloaded using 3-ton forklifts.
The 11-week programme ran from July to September 2023, supported by detailed planning and coordination across the team.
