A programme to relocate fully automated stamping and bending systems in Germany as general contractor, with each move aligned to production capacity.

Moving complete automated stamping units in line with production capacity
Our team in Germany began relocating a large number of fully automated stamping machines for an international automotive supplier specialising in autonomous driving technologies. Each press, with its stamping and bending tools, forms the core of a highly automated production unit that also includes oil mist separators, decoiling units, double feeders, laser stations, camera inspection systems, recoiling units with intermediate storage dispensers and noise protection enclosures.
General contractor responsibility through to commissioning
The project assigned Beck & Pollitzer general contractor responsibility for the full industrial relocation up to commissioning. The specialist assembly team used special manufacturer equipment for the relocation of the presses, with a project manager and assembly supervisor typically working with a team of ten skilled workers.
Each relocation step was planned weekly with the client and aligned with their production capacity requirements.
