Relocating approximately 80 tonnes of metal-processing equipment by road and sea, with machinery to be shipped in three separate batches.

Planning an international move for multiple 8-10 tonne machines
The automotive-sector project covered metal-processing machines, lathes, milling machines and chippers, each weighing approximately 8-10 tonnes and totalling around 80 tonnes.
Before relocation began, the team held technical meetings and risk assessments. The international move also required specialised packing and coordination of road and sea transport.
Disassembly, specialised packing and road/sea transport organised in three batches
Beck & Pollitzer was responsible for mechanical and electrical disassembly, specialised packaging and organisation of the road and sea transport from Poland to India.
The equipment was planned for shipment in three separate batches to minimise disruption to the client’s production processes.
