Relocating refrigerator production lines from Hungary to Egypt and reassembling more than 250 machines.

Relocating an entire refrigerator production line across two countries
Our teams in Poland, Hungary and Turkey relocated refrigerator production lines from Hungary to Egypt for a household appliance manufacturer. The project ran in two stages: disassembly and overseas transport from Hungary, followed by the assembly of more than 250 machines in Egypt using only the client’s resources.
A pre-relocation 3D scan, followed by full disassembly, transport and reassembly of 250+ machines
Before the relocation of the machines began, our team carried out a 3D scan of the entire plant in Hungary, a tool that proved essential for accurately reassembling the machines in Egypt. Our team took full responsibility for the Hungary-side work, from mechanical, electrical and piping disassembly through to packing and loading for overseas transport. In Egypt, our engineers supervised the mechanical assembly of more than 250 machines, using the client’s own resources, workforce and tools.
