Moving four production lines across several countries against a fixed client schedule

A white goods manufacturer required four production lines to be transferred from Germany to three destinations in Belgium, Poland and Spain. Each line had to be disconnected, loaded, transported, unloaded and reinstalled while the programme remained aligned to the client’s required schedule.

Multi-country relocation managed by the Beck & Pollitzer France team

The international factory relocation covered dismantling, transportation and installation across four countries. Forklifts, cherry pickers and cranes were used during disconnection, loading and unloading, while standardised working processes supported delivery across the different sites.

The project was coordinated across the origin and destination sites to maintain consistent execution through each stage of the transfer.
