Transporting equipment from the Netherlands to Belgium, followed by mechanical installation, laser alignment and site supervision across multiple zones.

The Challenge
Coordinating cross-border transport with installation activities across several production zones
The commercial-vehicle project required equipment to be moved from Breda in the Netherlands to Westerlo in Belgium and then installed across several site zones. The scope combined transport, mechanical work, alignment and site management.
Our Solution
French teams supplied labour, supervision, plant equipment and project management
The international relocation and installation included equipment transport, mechanical mounting and installation, laser-tracker alignment, and the installation of fences and doors.
Project management and site supervision were provided alongside dedicated health and safety oversight.
The Outcome
Truck cab manufacturing plant installed with no reported incidents or accidents
The project was completed successfully with no reported incidents or accidents during the works.
