Relocating an entire production cell from France to Morocco with zero production delays.

The Challenge
Moving a production cell between countries without a production gap
Our team in France relocated a complete production cell from France to Morocco for a glass manufacturer, as part of an ongoing relationship with the client. The move had to avoid any disruption to the client’s manufacturing operations, with dismantling, cross-border transport and reinstallation carried out under a strict timeline.
Our Solution
Dismantling, cross-border transport and recommissioning under one programme
Our team in France dismantled the production line at the original site, then coordinated secure cross-border transport of all equipment using four dedicated trucks. Our team in Morocco carried out the reinstallation, recommissioning and the PLC modifications needed to adapt the line to its new site, working alongside the France-based team throughout.
