Pharmaceutical machinery installation in Belgium

Installing 100 machines, more than 40 tanks and 10 tonnes of steel platforms across a 16-month pharmaceutical programme.

Belgium

The Challenge

Installing heavy pharmaceutical equipment across cleanroom and utility scopes

Our team in France carried out a 16-month machinery installation programme for a Japanese multinational pharmaceutical company in Belgium. The scope combined the handling of 35-ton equipment and the installation of production machinery with piping, site utilities and installation work within designated cleanroom environments.

Our Solution

Machinery, logistics, piping and cleanroom installation under one programme

Our team handled the unloading, lifting and precise positioning of 35-ton equipment within the facility, along with the installation of machinery units, including their mechanical and electrical components. Logistics specialists provided truck transport and material storage throughout the project.

The wider scope included process piping, building partitions and heating systems, and equipment installation within cleanroom environments under strict cleanroom protocols. More than 60 personnel supported the programme, including project managers, site managers, safety specialists, logistics coordinators and supervisors.
